Scott Keen played clarinet and saxophone all through Middle School, High School, and College at Georgia Tech. In summer 1977, he started working alternate quarters at the Air Force Development Center in Tullahoma while finishing his college degree. During his Tullahoma quarters, he played with the Tullahoma Kiwanis Club community band which was a forerunner of today's South Jackson Street Band. Fourty-five years later, after his retirement from AEDC, Scott rejoined the band.
